Ashurst has taken a hit in the City in the wake of its transatlantic tie-up with Perkins Coie, losing a pair of capital markets partners to rival Baker McKenzie.

Simon Bullock and Stuart Rubin from Ashurst’s London office will join Baker McKenzie in the new year.
