London’s legal hiring spree showed no sign of slowing down in the first six months of 2025.  

A total of 349 partners moved jobs in the first half of the year, up 30% year-on-year and 25% higher than the rolling five-year average, according to data from legal recruitment firm Edwards Gibson.
